Welcome to the Inclusion Partnership
The Inclusion Partnership (IP) was set
up in 2005 to act as an umbrella agency for new and existing
organisations in the social enterprise, social care, health, education,
leisure and community arts sectors who share our aims of working to achieve
a
fairer and more inclusive society for disabled people, older people,
family carers and anyone else who feels excluded.
The IP supports people to:
- Be fully included in society and in their own local community
- Take responsibility and exercise choice in their own lives
- Develop and enjoy positive relationships
- Have their potential supported and realised
- Act as full citizen in terms of rights and responsibilities
- Overcome disabling barriers in their community, in terms of access to all mainstream and specialist services.
How does the IP work?
IP is a not-for-profit social enterprise, registered as a
